About the role  

As a Business Operations Coordinator – Warburton Bike Park at Yarra Ranges Council, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across capital delivery and day-to-day business functions, ensuring the seamless integration of finance, marketing, sales, programs, engagement and compliance. You will drive operational performance and revenue growth while embedding robust governance frameworks spanning risk, finance, OH&S and environmental management in a complex environment. Working closely with the Executive Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional delivery, support key staff, and contribute to a seven-day operational model, including safety, emergency management and after-hours roster participation.

About the role

As a Trail Operations Coordinator – Warburton Bike Park at Yarra Ranges Council, you will oversee the day-to-day management of trails and infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and rider experience. You will coordinate maintenance programs, develop and manage a Bike Patrol program, and lead environmental initiatives in line with the park’s Operational Environment Management Plan, while contributing to the delivery of a world-class mountain biking destination. As part of the park’s leadership team, you will drive safety and emergency management planning and participate in a roster to enable effective seven-day operations and incident response.
