Experience and skills we’re looking for: - You are an active mountain biker who lives and breathes the sport, or have a genuine passion for outdoor adventure sports, recreation and the communities that surround them. You understand what inspires riders and visitors and can authentically engage with the mountain biking community.
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing, communications, digital

commercial initiatives. - Build and maintain effective relationships with ambassadors, community groups, tourism
partners, event organisers, media representatives and internal stakeholders to strengthen
engagement and collaboration. - Manage the park’s digital presence, including website, eCommerce and social media platforms,
creating compelling content and evaluating performance using data and analytics to inform
future campaigns and activities. - Apply sound judgement and innovative problem-solving to deliver visitor focused experiences,
support operational requirements, and contribute to safety, emergency management and after
hours incident response as part of a seven-day operational team. - Coordinate and oversee marketing-related projects, events, contractors and promotional
activities within approved budgets, ensuring delivery aligns with organisational objectives, policies
