Daylight hours in Melbourne change with the seasons, from about 9½ hours in winter to nearly 15 hours in summer. During summer, long evenings give you plenty of time to ride, while winter means shorter days and earlier finishes. Always plan your ride to start and end within daylight hours for safety.
