Shuttle pick-up points

Where to start?

Start your day from one of two convenient shuttle pick‑up points:

• Wesburn Shuttle Pick‑up (Main Day Visitor Location):
  Wesburn Park Trailhead – 2804B Warburton Hwy, Wesburn VIC 3799
  This is the primary and recommended starting point for all day visitors and offers free parking.
  If your ride finishes in Warburton, a return shuttle operates to take riders back to Wesburn so you can easily end your day where you began.
• Warburton Shuttle Pick‑up (For Visitors Staying in Warburton):
  3370 Warburton Hwy – enter via the Lilydale–Warburton Rail Trail
  Ideal if you’re staying locally and prefer to start your ride closer to town.   Note: There is limited parking options in Warburton and paid parking applies on weekends.

Once you’re in the network:

• Mid-mountain shuttle pick-up. Once you’re in the network there is the option to lap the upper mountain trails with our mid-mountain pick-up point at Edwardstown Junction. This shuttle drops you back at the highest point of the network, Mount Tugwell Summit Junction, perfect for riders who want maximum laps and the fastest turnaround back to the top. Note: No parking is available at this location, you must start your day in Wesburn or Warburton.

Shuttle timetables

Are you riding on the weekend?

Weekend timetable:

Operating Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm

• Buses depart Wesburn and Warburton at 9am.
• Shuttles run continuously throughout these times.
• Buses then pick-up at Warburton & Wesburn approximately every 25 minues thereafter.
• Buses run from the mid-point shuttle pick-up to the summit drop-off every 10-15 minutes throughout the day

Please check the info boards at each shuttle pick-up point for additional on the day information. 

Last shuttles to the summit for the day:

Warburton -> Summit: 3:30pm
Wesburn -> Summit: 3:45pm
Edwardstown Junction (mid-point) -> Summit: 4:00pm

There is also a bus at 4pm taking riders from Warburton back to Wesburn for riders who need to get back to their cars in Wesburn. If you miss the last shuttle back it is a 15 minute easy ride back on the rail trail.

Our weekday shuttles run a little differently to weekends. Please check the below timetable for shuttle departure times. You can also find these on your PDF ticket.

Operating Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Important: No shuttle services between 12:00pm and 1:00pm due to driver changeover and lunch break.

Full Loop Service (leaves once an hour from Warburton and Wesburn trailheads)

Warburton → Wesburn → Edwardstown Junction → The Summit

Summit Express Service

Wesburn → Edwardstown Junction → The Summit

Departs Wesburn at 9:00am direct to The Summit, then operates continuously between Edwardstown Junction and The Summit. Shuttles depart every 10-20 mins.

• Full Loop departures every hour from Warburton
• Additional Summit Express shuttle operating from Edwardstown Junction
• Driver changeover at Wesburn from 12:00pm-1:00pm (no shuttles during this time)
• Two pickup options for riders: Full Loop or Summit Express
• Last Full Loop departure from Warburton to The Summit: 3:00pm
• Last Summit Express departure from Edwardstown Junction: 3:40pm

• Wesburn (Once every hour)
• Edwardstown Junction (Continuously picking-up every 10-20 mins)
